There's something slightly dischronologeous here. Larry, you're over 65 now. What do you mean you'll have to wait decades to collect full Social Security? Or was this written 20 years ago?

Lawrence - thanks for this combination of wisdom and humor! I regret many things I have written over the. years (that email! that FB post! that snarky Haiku!) and regret many more that I have not (that Letter to the Editor! That novel...). Thanks for a piece that resonated. Shabbat Shalom.

Lawrence, I absolutely love this piece. I regret not having any way to apologize to those I said hurtful things to over the years. I tried to contact them through mutual friends. when I searched for some of them on FB many others with the same name and different faces stared back at me.no way of locating any of them so I started with a few family members who had no idea what I might have said to them that was hurtful. phew! I think it was Maya Angelou who said, I may not remember the things you shared with me, but I will and do remember how you made me feel and how well you treated me.- Doug e.
